Cherish Every Moment Together

Well, this layout is aptly called a challenge! This was made for 123 Challenge blog where the theme was Yellow, texture & Together. I was getting stumped with all 3, until I found this paper! I won this in a challenge about 3 years ago at my local scrap shop, Paper Flourish. I knew I had to use it, but now, which photo? When I found this one of my Mum & I when I was 6 months old, I really wasn't sure... However, I went with it & just let it flow. So, I'm not sure I'm 100% happy with it, but, I am at the same time... not sure if that makes sense... I kept with the retro theme, using some chipboard flowers, painted with acrylic paint - who knew I had so many shades of yellow?! I am not a stamper - although you wouldn't think it with all the stamps I actually own! But, how I love stamps, so I pulled them out & lo & behold, I found the stamp to use for the word part of the challenge! I have kept the journalling spots free, as I want my Mum to write on them (as she has on the back of the original photo).

Cardstock: Kaisercraft, Bazzill

Paper: Dear Lizzy Neapolitan - Endless Summer

Embellishments: Kaisercraft & other stamps, Memento ink, My Memories chipboard shapes, acrylic paint, Provo Craft embossing folder, paper & fabric flowers, brads, Funky & other flairs, Martha Stewart border punch, Charms Creations heart, Distress Ink - Squeezed Lemonade

See you next time,

Tanya X
