This is the reason I scrap - so these guys can look back and remember their childhood, not to mention so that their kids can know what it was like too! X
Hi Tanya, THanks for visiting my blog, and have come across to yours to answer your questions on using Pan Pastels... I rubbed the pan pastels on with a sponge lightly, though I'm sure using fingers would do much of the same thing. What I do use, is a spray fixative over the top and it works a treat. I've not had any problems with the pan pastel smudging off at all. Hope that helps, and good luck with your project!
